Eligibility

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

Used hygiene items, customized goods, gift cards, and products clearly marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email admin@shop.shijiekj.top within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error or a defective item, PTZ will arrange an appropriate solution. For buyer-remorse returns, return shipping may be deducted where permitted by law.
