VYRA offers a 30-day return and refund window from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

Used hygiene items, customized goods, gift cards, and products clearly marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email admin@shop.shijiekj.top within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error or a defective item, VYRA will arrange an appropriate solution. For buyer-remorse returns, return shipping may be deducted where permitted by law.
